Charlotte Collins, Head of Process Litigation

As of December, Charlotte has taken on the role of Head of Process Litigation. Her role will encapsulate the management of the process elements of the debt recovery parts of the firm. It will include the following micro teams:

  • Data Entry Team
  • Account Management Team
  • Pre-Action Disputes Team
  • Claims and Enforcement Team (formerly Process Litigation Team)
  • Lease Review Team

Charlotte’s new role is wide-ranging and whilst she retains some of her complex fee-earning work she will primarily be involved in managing the day to day analysis of volumes of tasks completed by individual staff and teams and analysing also the backlogs of all teams to ensure client SLAs are being met and delivered. Charlotte will also oversee the client reporting function currently carried out by our Account Management Teams again ensuring all SLAs are met. Charlotte will also oversee with the relevant team managers that the firm’s mobile phone policy remains strictly adhered to.

Charlotte will be a point of contact for all staff within the new Process Litigation Team who have any legal or practical queries. She will either deal directly with staff on these or delegate the replies as appropriate around the firm.

Gareth Parry

Gareth Parry, Litigation Assistant

Gareth has moved from an Assistant Account Manager within the Operations team to a Litigation Assistant role within the Litigation Disputes team. He is assisting Charlotte Collins with Commercial Ground Rent, Service Charge and Insurance recovery.
