Assistant Account Manager

SLC Solicitors, part of Metamorph Law Limited, need ambitious and hardworking individuals who will become an integral part of our Litigation Process Department.

Our Assistant Account Managers deal directly with leaseholders who have outstanding payments.  Working with our Account Managers and Solicitors to achieve positive outcomes on behalf of the Company’s nationwide clients, you must have a professional and pro-active approach; excellent client care skills; be an effective communicator with the ability to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines.  A legal qualification is not essential but the position could suit a graduate entrant with a willingness to learn and gain experience of working within a leading law firm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurate data recording on our Case Management System
  • Liaising with Clients and leaseholders in writing and by telephone
  • Conduct Mortgage checks
  • Complete File Reviews
  • Undertake online searches
  • Adherence to set procedures at all times

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Problem solver

The ideal candidate will have an assured and professional telephone manner and an aptitude for data management with a high level of numerical accuracy.
