Analise Broomhall

Analise qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and had over 10 years post qualification experience in property law when she joined SLC in 2012 as an assistant solicitor in the then relatively new property department. She was promoted to head of property in 2015 and deals with a mixed caseload, with particular specialisation in landlord and tenant law, lease extensions, right to manage and enfranchisement; as well as providing training courses and developing the direction of this growing department.
Analise enjoys the varying challenges of her role and regularly receives positive client feedback on her ability to explain issues clearly.

Rebecca Say

Rebecca qualified in 2003 and spent several years at a City firm. After a short spell travelling, Rebecca returned home to Shropshire and joined SLC dealing with leasehold disputes both pre-action and litigated. Rebecca now works in our Property Team and deals mainly with lease extensions, lease variations and drafting new leases.
Rebecca enjoys the variety of work she undertakes and building a rapport with clients.

Laura Gregory

Laura joined SLC Solicitors in 2009.
As an Account Manager within the Operations Department for over 5 years, Laura offered support and assistance to clients enabling them to achieve their desired outcomes in a way that positively assisted their business aims
Since moving to the Property Department in April 2016 Laura undertakes work dealing mainly with drafting new leases, completing lease extensions and lease variations and drafting licences for works. Laura is also the primary contact for compliance matters and queries on alienation provisions within the Property Department.
Laura enjoys engaging with clients and prides herself on building up long standing business relationships. She enjoys the variety and challenges of the work undertaken by the Property Department.

Sally Reese
Property Assistant

Sally began her career at SLC Solicitors in February 2014. Sally previously worked as an Account Manager in the process litigation department but has since moved to the commercial property department to further her knowledge of property law. As a Property Assistant, Sally supports the fee earners in the team by undertaking a wide range of tasks which require understanding and knowledge of legislation, legal documents and procedures.
Sally enjoys being part of the busy and supportive commercial property team.

Stephanie Scott
Property Secretary

Stephanie has been a Commercial Property Secretary for over 10 years assisting with all aspects of property law including the sale and purchase of commercial properties, landlord and tenant, and residential conveyancing.
Stephanie joined SLC in October 2016, having previously worked for one of Shropshire’s largest law firms. Stephanie enjoys the variety of the work, supporting and being part of a friendly team.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys walking her two cute shih tzus and socialising with other dog walkers in her local area.
