Head of PRS/Solicitor
Faye Craggs is a Solicitor in the Litigation Disputes team. Faye deals with defended service charge and ground rent claims both in the County Court and the First Tier Tribunal. Faye also deals with breach of covenant cases both pre and post litigation stage. This is an important role within the firm because our Clients expect litigated matters to be dealt with by an expert in the field.
Faye advises Clients on a daily basis regarding their cases and the best way to progress them with as little risk to them as possible. Faye has been doing this for SLC Solicitors since January 2015 having cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2013.
Faye studied a Law Degree at the University of Birmingham before moving on to the College of Law to gain her Bar Vocational Course. Following her studies Faye worked as an Advocate in the County Courts for four years. She represented Clients in all manner of Court hearings representing Clients for many Solicitors, including SLC.
Faye enjoys the excitement that comes from litigation and the thrill that comes from getting a good outcome for her Clients. Keeping abreast of the changing laws in this area is a challenge Faye embraces.
