Our innovative former tenant arrears recovery service can provide a valuable income stream on debts that have previously been written off.

This bespoke service includes the recovery of residential arrears following default by the previous tenant/leaseholder. This “aged debt” (rent arrears) may have been acquired on an existing PRS portfolio, where the previous incumbent decided to write off former arrears without collection.

We will continue to track absent or historic tenants, for a period of up to 6 years before the debt becomes statute barred, at absolutely no risk to the Investor.
