About Us

As an integral part of our core service charge and ground rent recovery service we provide a full range of expert PRS consultancy and legal services.
From the outset our ethos has been to provide, whenever possible, a ‘free-to-client’ service model.
Working nationally, in partnership with our clients, we provide solutions at no risk and on a no or low cost basis for all their property management and landlord and tenant needs. Whether these are in relation to freeholds, leaseholds or PRS based tenancies.
Acting for clients based throughout England and Wales, our primary areas of specialism are debt recovery, PRS and asset management for institutional investors, freeholders, developers, managing and lettings agents.
Business owners, property investors, institutional funds and social providers instruct us in the con dence that we will bear the recovery risk at the outset. As such, we largely operate on a 'no recovery no fee’ conditional fee basis.
